the way we experience or filter this information can change the way we think and feel and behave.

self  , most memories are accessible and  can be  explored for  reflection, release, and to reshape. .

What is the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is the  natural state of mind  that a person experience. Hypnotherapy is using that state for beneficial purposes.


So how can being in hypnosis help resolve a problem?

When in hypnosis the body is more relaxed, physically and mentally. When this occurs the mind operates more efficiently and effectively.  The
mind  has  access to memories. We are a product of our memories and past experiences. As we live within the world , we also view the world
from that which is within us , As we reshape, ourselves we also we shape our living experience

Anyone can be hypnotized as long as they want to be. A Hypnotherapist cannot force you to go into hypnosis against your will.

Will I remember being hypnotized?

As  individual's   awaken from hypnosis , suggestions  are given that support memories of  information , that is desiring of the soul to know . In

Can I get "stuck" in hypnosis and never wake up?

No.

Hypnosis is a voluntary state that a subject can terminate at any time if they chose.

This varies from person to person, and according to the type of hypnosis  and issue involved.
