All True Natural

 As we transcend our human limited being into our spiritual infinity we experience ourselves whole, we see whole and feel whole.  As our whole being unites, we experience oneness with ourselves and each other.  As human beings we can experience limitation and as spiritual beings we experience unlimited creativity.  In this way, we manifest  the one spirit within us all.

• Listen to the spirit voice/feeling within you that is ever guiding you in a direction of peace.

• Lead your mind and body with your heart , as the heart is the epicenter of authentic expression and truth .

• Keep a tablet and pen with you to jot down any ideas and experiences of oneness that exist within you

• Ask the spirit within to reveal the cause of any belief system of separation to be made known to you in your mind and heart.

• Utilize a metaphor like an eraser to erase beliefs that seem to be bound in the soul that are not in support of your overall well being.

• Dialogue with those individuals that offer you a safeness of support not bound by any conditioning.

• One by one decode the belief system of separation and replace with authentic expressions of truth that do not cause pain.

• In your authentic self you will be able to do this with your own language and at your own pace.

• Only utilize actions that support your overall wellness , and unity of body , mind and spirit.

• Commune daily with the spirit within as a means of feeding your soul with inspiration and light

• The idea of separation dissolves as truth radiates.
